Als Conseiller Mutualiste:

  • Begeleid je klanten en bied je hen gepersonaliseerd advies over verzekeringsproducten.
  • Behandel je vragen en verzoeken van klanten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Onderhoud je een nauwkeurige administratie van klantendossiers.
  • Werk je samen met collega's om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
  • Informeer je klanten over hun rechten en voordelen binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Ondersteun je de promotie van diensten en producten van de organisatie.
  • Los je eventuele problemen of klachten van klanten op een efficiënte manier op.
  • Blijf je op de hoogte van wijzigingen in verzekeringsregels en -procedures.

Als Conseiller Mutualiste heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een bahcelor in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een heldere en empathische manier.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de verzekeringssector.
  • Je bent flexibel en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
