Als klantenadviseur bij onze klant ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leden met vragen over terugbetalingen, lidmaatschap en verzekeringen. Je beantwoordt hun vragen via telefoon, mail en chat en zorgt voor een warme, mensgerichte aanpak die eenvoud en klantvriendelijkheid combineert.

- Behandel dagelijks diverse klantenvragen, vooral telefonisch (ongeveer 90%), daarnaast via mail en chat - Luister actief en bied heldere, passende oplossingen aan de leden - Herken commerciële kansen en speel hier proactief op in - Zorg voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging in het systeem - Volg opleidingen om altijd correcte en actuele informatie te kunnen geven - Draag bij aan een positieve reputatie door elk contact professioneel en vriendelijk af te handelen
