Help klanten met hun vragen over het ziekenfonds en combineer persoonlijk advies, administratie en commerciële contacten in een gevarieerde job.

Helan kijkt breed naar welzijn en wil mensen helpen om zich fysiek én mentaal goed te voelen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar open communicatie, samenwerken en blijven leren centraal staan en waar je ruimte krijgt om te groeien.

Als klantenadviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten in regio Antwerpen. Je luistert naar hun vragen, geeft helder advies en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. Tegelijk herken je commerciële kansen en draag je actief bij aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille.

Je beantwoordt vragen over het ziekenfonds tijdens afspraken op kantoor, aan het loket, via video, telefoon en e-mail. Je maakt complexe informatie begrijpelijk en geeft klanten duidelijk en persoonlijk advies. Je luistert naar de situatie van de klant en zoekt mee naar een passende oplossing. Je volgt klantendossiers zorgvuldig op en vult ontbrekende informatie correct aan. Je schakelt de backoffice of een collega in wanneer een vraag extra expertise vraagt. Je adviseert bestaande klanten en prospecten over de dienstverlening en voordelen van Helan. Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete contacten. Je overtuigt potentiële klanten op een klantgerichte manier om voor Helan te kiezen. Je werkt samen met je collega's aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille en het lokale klantennetwerk. Je werkt vanuit de kantoren in Berchem, Wilrijk en Antwerpen Centrum. Bij de planning wordt waar mogelijk rekening gehouden met je woonplaats.

Je hebt ervaring met klantcontact en voelt je comfortabel in een commerciële rol.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.

Je bent bereid om na je opleiding het vereiste Febelfin-examen af te leggen.

Je kan werken vanuit de kantoren in Berchem, Wilrijk en Antwerpen Centrum.

Klanttevredenheid staat voor jou centraal. Je luistert aandachtig en zoekt naar oplossingen die echt verder helpen.

Je communiceert helder en maakt complexe informatie begrijpelijk voor klanten.

Je voelt commerciële kansen aan en durft potentiële klanten actief aan te spreken.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook vlot de samenwerking met collega's op.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht, houdt van eenvoud en durft zaken op een andere manier te bekijken.
