Feeling voor interieur, bouw & mensen? Als klantenbegeleider bij een projectontwikkelaar in regio Ninove begeleid je toekomstige eigenaars doorheen hun nieuwbouwtraject. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt van begin tot einde, denkt mee na over hun keuzes en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Om je al een eerste beeld te geven van de job:

  • Eens een residentieel project verkocht is, neem jij het dossier over en word je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de koper tijdens het volledige afwerkingstraject.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij hun materiaalkeuzes, van vloeren en binnendeuren tot keuken, sanitair en andere afwerkingsdetails.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers, berekeningen en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Vlot schakelen met leveranciers en partners om alles in goede banen te leiden en de kwaliteit van het project te bewaken.
  • Communiceren met klanten in het Nederlands & af en toe in het Frans en/of Engels.

Je komt terecht bij een ontwikkelaar die zich specialiseert in residentiële nieuwbouwprojecten, zowel appartementen als woningen. Van ontwerp en vergunning tot verkoop, uitvoering en oplevering wordt het volledige traject intern opgevolgd, waardoor kwaliteit en betrokkenheid centraal staan in elk project.

Intern kom je terecht in een hecht team van een15tal medewerkers. De communicatielijnen zijn kort, deuren staan letterlijk en figuurlijk open en collega's staan klaar om elkaar te helpen. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar minstens evenveel belang gehecht aan een aangename werksfeer en een goede verstandhouding binnen het team.

De bedrijfscultuur wordt gekenmerkt door gedrevenheid, ambitie en een positieve ingesteldheid. Mensen die initiatief nemen, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en vooruit willen, krijgen hier alle kansen om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen. Misschien ben jij wel degene die we zoeken? :-)

  • In het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma. Een achtergrond in interieurvormgeving sluit perfect aan, maar ook architectuur of een andere bouwgerelateerde richting komt zeker in aanmerking.
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je natuur. Administratie schrikt je niet af en dossiers worden door jou correct opgevolgd.
  • Graag initiatief nemen, zelfstandig werken en energie halen uit een afwisselende job met veel klantencontact.
  • Interesse in nieuwbouw, interieur of vastgoed? Dan heb je alvast een mooie voorsprong.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een plus, maar zeker geen must.
  • Positieve energie, enthousiasme en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn minstens even belangrijk als ervaring. We zoeken iemand die zich graag smijt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en mee wil bouwen aan het succes van het bedrijf.
