Voor onze klant regio Deinze zoeken we naar een klantenbeheerder om he tteam te versterken:

Onze klant is een dynamische en sterk groeiende onderneming, gespecialiseerd in innovatieve oplossingen voor vloerverwarming. Om hun team verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Klantenbeheerder.

Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je georganiseerd en haal je energie uit klantgericht werken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Klantenbeheerder speel je een cruciale rol in de vlotte uitvoering van projecten. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten, volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden verloopt elke installatie optimaal en kunnen klanten rekenen op een professionele dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Contact opnemen met klanten om de benodigde dossiers te vervolledigen.
  • Zorgen voor een goede voorbereiding van de installatie, zodat alles soepel kan verlopen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het team om een vlotte planning en organisatie van de projecten te garanderen.
  • Beheren van klantinformatie en administratieve taken met betrekking tot de projecten.
  • Flexibel inspelen op wijzigende jobinhoud en prioriteiten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Je hebt een administratieve en organisatorische achtergrond en bent sterk in planning.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk gevoel voor klantgerichtheid en kunt goed communiceren met klanten.
  • Je werkt precies en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Vlotte omgang met Microsoft Office is een vereiste.
  • Heb je kennis van Teamleader / MAC / CRM dan zijn dit zeker pluspunten.
  • Je woont in de regio Deinze of bent bereid om daar naartoe te reizen.
