Voor onze klant in Zele, een professioneel contactcenter dat 24/7 telefonische ondersteuning en klantendienst verzorgt voor bedrijven uit verschillende sectoren, zijn we op zoek naar een klantendienstmedewerker in de vaste nacht.

Als klantendienstmedewerker ben jij 's nachts het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende klanten. Geen nacht is helemaal hetzelfde: je beantwoordt oproepen, luistert naar de vraag van de beller, verzamelt de juiste informatie en volgt de afspraken en procedures van de klant correct op.

Je werkt telkens 7 nachten en bent daarna 7 dagen thuis. Je werkt doorgaans van 22u tot 06u30.

Jouw taken: - Instaan voor oproepen tijdens de nacht

- Klanten op een correcte en professionele manier te woord staan

- Je vlot uit de slag trekken in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans

- Correct communiceren en afspraken opvolgen

- Je hebt een stabiel CV en bent op zoek naar een langdurige samenwerking.

- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels en hebt een zeer goede basis Frans, zodat je je in het Frans goed uit de slag kunt trekken.

- Je hebt een correcte attitude: aanwezigheid, betrouwbaarheid en duidelijke communicatie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
