Heb jij een vlotte babbel, een passie voor klantencontact én een commerciële flair? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou! Voor een groeiend bedrijf in hartje Gent zoeken we gemotiveerde klantendienstmedewerkers die energie krijgen van het helpen en adviseren van klanten.

Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond krantenabonnementen, digitale nieuwsmerken, retentie én onze webshops. Je start met telefonische contacten en kan doorgroeien naar ondersteuning via mail en chat. Elke dag is anders: de ene keer bied je een klant een snelle oplossing, de andere keer overtuig je iemand van een nieuw aanbod.

Wat ga je doen?

- Klanten professioneel en vriendelijk te woord staan (inbound én outbound). - Snel en accuraat oplossingen bieden bij vragen, problemen of klachten. - Klanten op een commerciële manier adviseren over producten, aanbiedingen en promoties. - Klantgegevens en interacties correct bijhouden in het systeem. - Samenwerken met collega's en andere afdelingen om de beste klantbeleving te garanderen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

- Je communiceert vlot en correct in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en blijft professioneel – ook in uitdagende situaties. - Je kan omgaan met klachten! - Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt snel beslissingen. - Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer. - Ervaring in klantenservice is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must – motivatie telt voor ons nog meer!
