Jobomschrijving

Voor de vacature van Frontofficemedewerker Assistance in Ieper ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van verzekeraars, banken, makelaars en leasingmaatschappijen.

Je takenpakket:

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende oproepen
  • Je luistert actief naar klanten en analyseert hun vraag.
  • Je helpt bij dringende situaties zoals ongevallen, brand, repatriëring of takeling.
  • Je volgt dossiers administratief correct op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klant, makelaar én verzekeraar om tot de beste oplossing te komen.

Van eenvoudige vragen tot complexe dossiers met strikte deadlines: afwisseling is hier gegarandeerd.
