Hoe ziet je dag eruit als bijstandverlener? Stel je voor: het is ochtendspits en plotseling staat een gestrande auto midden op de weg, of een bestuurder is vastgelopen met een lekke band na een ontmoeting met een naald. Misschien begint iemand zijn dag met een lege batterij. Maar geen zorgen, want jij bent de held die hen telefonisch bijstaat in hun tijd van nood.

Als bijstandverlener ben jij de essentiële schakel die de situatie snel en efficiënt afhandelt. Je biedt niet alleen praktische assistentie, maar ook een professionele en geruststellende aanwezigheid. Je documenteert nauwkeurig alle details en coördineert de benodigde hulp om de situatie naar tevredenheid van de klant op te lossen. Kortom, jij bent de betrouwbare en professionele partner die ervoor zorgt dat mensen zich tijdens hun pechmoment op de weg ondersteund en ontzorgd voelen.

  • Je zoekt een voltijdse baan en je bent flexibel tussen maandag en zondag tussen 7:30u en 23:00u.
  • Naast de Nederlandse taal spreek je ook vlot Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring waar klantencontact en/of bijstandverlening centraal stond.
  • Je kan jezelf vlot verplaatsen naar Zwijndrecht, ook in de vroege en late uren.
  • Het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken zie je als een uitdaging waar je altijd een passende oplossing voor kan vinden.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende PC kennis om vlot nieuwe programma's aan te leren.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid, empathie en een positieve instelling zijn bij jou top of mind!
