Ons bedrijf, BOOMERANG, maakt deel uit van de Franse groep Maurin, een multi-brand netwerk van autodealers.

In België tellen wij +/- 200 medewerkers verspreid over +20 concessies in het noorden van België.

In het kader van de opstart van ons nieuw center te Hasselt, zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime klantendienstmedewerker automobielsector, voor een onmiddellijke indiensttreding.

Takenpakket:

  • Actieve deelname aan de commerciële activiteiten: Afspraken maken met bestaande particuliere & professionele klanten voor onderhoud van hun aangekochte wagen. Overtuigende mails versturen naar potentiële nieuwe klanten.
  • Een luisterend oor: Klanten die een wagen aankochten contacteren i.v.m. klantentevredenheid. Je biedt een antwoord op vragen (binnenkomende lijnen).
  • Je beheert en volgt de klantenverzoeken op: In samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen van het bedrijf beheer je de aanvragen / vragen en houd je de administratie bij.
  • Georganiseerd, attent, gemotiveerd, in bezit van commerciële vaardigheden en een relationele kennis die bevorderlijk is voor de tevredenheid van de klant.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en kennis van Franse taal is een troef, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor resultaten.
  • Je wilt je engageren en je hebt een goed aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Je wilt deel uitmaken van een nieuw team dat betrokken is bij de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de tevredenheid van onze klanten om zo loyaliteit op te bouwen?
  • Beschik je over relevante werkervaring? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt!
  • Je hebt een hart voor de klant.
