The posting

Onze klant, actief in de medische sector en gevestigd in Zaventem, is op zoek naar een voltijdse Klantendienstmedewerker (m/v/x).

Ben jij communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en durf je de uitdaging aan om in een hoogdynamische omgeving aan de slag te gaan?

Het betreft een gevarieerde functie met zicht op een vast contract. Het bedrijf is bereikbaar per bus & trein en beschikt ook over voldoende parking. Voor deze functie word je elke dag op kantoor verwacht, structureel telewerken is niet mogelijk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je hen bij al hun vragen en problemen. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het behandelen van telefonische en schriftelijke klantenvragen en klachten.
  • Het verwerken van een groot aantal inkomende oproepen en e-mails.
  • Het begeleiden van klanten bij het gebruik van online tools en het efficiënt boeken van transporten.
  • Het ondersteunen van de logistieke processen, zoals het organiseren en opvolgen van pakketleveringen en ophalingen.
  • Het zelf oplossen en opvolgen van problemen, zoals adreswijzigingen, beschadigde pakketten of andere operationele kwesties.
  • Jij zal werken voor de Belgische markt en dus zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands klanten te woord staan.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met interne teams en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten, waarbij je altijd streeft naar een hoogwaardige dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze uitdagende rol zoeken we een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte collega die:

  • Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring heeft met hoogvolume telefoongesprekken en stressbestendig is.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kan werken binnen een veeleisende omgeving.
  • Zeer vlot is in het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een plus
  • Affiniteit heeft met logistieke processen (ervaring is een plus, maar geen must).
