Jouw takenpakket als klantendienstmedewerker

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van Engie en staat hierdoor in voor het beantwoorden van allerlei vragen en het bieden van de nodige ondersteuning. Een positieve klantbeleving staat centraal, dus klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en professionaliteit zijn topprioriteit.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Correct registreren van meterstanden
  • Invullen en opvolgen van verhuisdocumenten en financiële afbetalingsplannen
  • Vragen beantwoorden rond facturatie, voorschotten enz.
  • Proactief adviseren van klanten over mogelijke oplossingen om hun administratieve last te verlichten

Onze ideale klantenadviseur voldoet aan volgende vereisten:

  • Je bent communicatief en steeds klantgericht.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Duits, wat je helpt om sterke relaties met klanten op te bouwen. Kennis van bijkomende talen zoals Engels of Frans zijn een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan moeiteloos schakelen tussen verschillende taken en programma's.
  • Je bent empathisch ingesteld, maar deinst niet terug van een commercieel gesprek (cross-selling).
  • Je hecht veel waarde aan collegialiteit en bent zelf ook behulpzaam.
