Je streeft in alle contacten naar 100% klantentevredenheid; behandel je sales vragen telefonisch maar ook via verschillende kanalen zoals mail, chat en social media; luister je naar de klant en slaag je erin hem de juiste producten aan te bieden; werk je oplossingsgericht en kan je zelfstandig offertes en bestellingen aanpassen; werk je nauw samen met je collega’s van het sales team, de klantendienst en de achterliggende diensten; verzorg je de opvolging van offertes en klantorders; sta je open om flexibel te werken (dag, avonden (hybride) en zaterdagen in rotatie).

  • Je hebt commerciële flair en draagt klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel; een echt salestalent. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een telefonische klantgerichte functie. Je bent een vlotte communicator. Je stem is je wapen; Je hebt een perfecte kennis van Nederlands, een zeer goede kennis van Frans en een basiskennis Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld; je bent organisatorisch, analytisch en assertief; Je bent bereid om je te verdiepen in onze producten en technische kenmerken.
