Voor een fijn bedrijf regio Gent is SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een enthousiaste Klantendienstmedewerker (NL - FR).

Wat breng jij mee als klantendienstmedewerker?

  • een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • vlotte kennis van het MS Office pakket. Ervaring met Navision is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands én Frans
  • We kijken uit naar een ervaren kandidaat: sterk communicatief met een open en klantgerichte aanpak .
  • Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en neemt voldoende initiatief. Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten en doet met plezier verbetervoorstellen.

Functieomschrijving

Wat mag jij verwachten?

  • Klantendossiers zijn bij jou in veilige handen: je verwerkt en volgt deze nauwgezet opoffertes, servicecontracten, subsidiedossiers,...
  • Je stelt offertes op in het kader van servicecontracten, werkzaamheden na levering bij klanten,...
  • Klantencontact: je behandelt inkomende oproepen, dit kan gaan over het beantwoorden van vragen en/of klachten
  • Planning: je fungeert als back-up voor jouw collega's van het planningsteam

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van andere afdelingen en rapporteert aan jouw teamleider.
