Voor N-Allo zijn we op zoek naar een viertalige klantendienstmedewerker (Nederlands, Frans en Duits) voor de weekenddagploeg.

Als klantendienstmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je luistert aandachtig, analyseert de vraag en zorgt voor een correcte en professionele oplossing.

Jouw taken

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en klantenvragen
  • Je informeert en ondersteunt klanten in het Nederlands, Frans, Duits en Engels
  • Je registreert klantendossiers nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging
  • Je analyseert klantvragen en reikt passende oplossingen aan
  • Je verzorgt de nodige doorverwijzingen en administratieve opvolging
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een uitstekende klanttevredenheid en een hoogwaardige service

Je werkt voor diverse klanten en sectoren, waardoor geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van klantencontact en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je kan klanten vlot verder helpen in het Duits.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Je kan goed overweg met verschillende computerapplicaties
  • Je hanteert een nauwkeurige en professionele werkhouding
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in het weekend

Werkregime:

Je werkt in een vaste weekendploeg. Gedurende 3 weken op 4 werk je op zaterdag en zondag van 08u00 tot 20u00.

Tijdens de 4de week werk je ook op maandag aansluitend op het weekend.

Zo combineer je een unieke werkplanning met veel vrije tijd tijdens de week.
