Je werk Wat ga je doen? - Je bent de schakel tussen de KYC-analist en de klant en zorgt voor een duidelijke, professionele en klantgerichte communicatie. - Je begeleidt klanten binnen KYC-processen, beantwoordt hun vragen en helpt hen bij het tijdig, correct en volledig aanleveren van de juiste informatie en documentatie. - Je stemt af met onze Engelstalige analisten en andere interne stakeholders om klantdossiers zorgvuldig en efficiënt verder te brengen. - Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve klantbeleving, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat het KYC-proces zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende richtlijnen verloopt. - Je behandelt complexe klantdossiers, waaronder dossiers die voorkomen uit transactiemonitoring onderzoeken en dossiers van bijvoorbeeld uitzendburea...
