Als Medewerker Retouren & Klantenservice help je klanten met vragen over zendingen en retouren. Je verwerkt retouraanvragen, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed op de hoogte blijven. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Verwerken en opvolgen van retouraanvragen; - Monitoren van zendingen en retourstromen; - Informeren van klanten over de status van hun aanvraag of levering; - Schakelen met collega's van Sales, Inkoop, Logistiek en Warehouse; - Contact onderhouden met vervoerders en andere externe partijen; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen. Vereisten Wat breng je mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht; - Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is een pre; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht; - Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamspeler.
