Je werkt via ASA Talent bij DHL Express, een wereldwijd bekend bedrijf in expres- en pakketdiensten. Je draait mee in een professioneel klantenservice- en administratieteam, waar duidelijke processen, heldere communicatie en een informele sfeer samenkomen. Waarom deze baan bij jou past: In deze functie bouw je sterke basisvaardigheden op in klantcontact, administratie en systeemgebruik. Dankzij de intensieve fulltime starttraining (2-4 weken) en coaching leer je stap voor stap werken met logistieke systemen, dossiers en internationale zendingen. Je ontwikkelt je communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels en leert omgaan met uiteenlopende situaties, van eenvoudige vragen tot complexere cases. Daarnaast biedt de rol doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen DHL, bijvoorbeeld richting specialistische klantenteams of andere afdelingen. Je werkt 32-40 uur per week op vaste kantoortijden (08:00-18:00), met een tijdelijk contract en uitzicht op vast, vakantiegeld, vakantie-uren en wekelijkse uitbetaling. Jouw werkzaamheden als Administratief Medewerker DHL Express: - Klantdossiers en administratie: Je verwerkt klantvragen en zendinginformatie nauwkeurig in verschillende systemen, zodat alle gegevens kloppen en collega's dossiers direct kunnen overnemen. - Communicatie met klanten: Je beantwoordt telefoontjes en berichten in het Nederlands en Engels over levertijden, track & trace, adreswijzigingen en bezorgopties, m...
