Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Waar kom je terecht? Deze vacature is ontstaan bij onze klant A.S. Watson in Renswoude. A.S. Watson is het bedrijf achter Kruidvat, Trekpleister, ICI Paris XL, Pour Vous en Prijsmepper en is weer op zoek naar nieuwe collegas voor de afdeling online van de Kruidvat. Wat ga je doen? Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van alle vragen die op de afdeling binnen komen. Nadat je de klant op een vriendelijke en servicegerichte manier hebt geholpen leg je de administratie vast in het interne systeem. De vragen die binnen komen zijn zeer divers en kunnen betrekking hebben op alle producten die online bij de Kruidvat zijn besteld. Hierbij kun je denken aan vragen over bijv. bestellingen of online acties. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die het oprecht leuk vindt om klanten te helpen. Ervaring als klantenservice medewerker is een pré, geen vereiste. Je kunt ook denken aan ervaring in bijvoorbeeld de retail of horeca, als je maar in contact met klanten hebt gestaan en daar je energie uit haalt. Jij kunt met jouw analytische skills het probleem van de klant snel en goed in kaart brengen en bent secuur in de afhandeling hier van.
