Jouw functie

Als bureelmedewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertegenwoordigers. Je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal en combineert klantencontact met een gevarieerd administratief takenpakket.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar je samen met collega's zorgt voor een vlotte werking.

Takenpakket:

  • Klanten informeren en adviseren of doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega.
  • Behandelen en administratief verwerken van retours en terugnames goederen.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van herstellingen en wisselstukken.
  • Opmaken en verwerken van cadeaubonnen
  • Opmaken en verwerken van offertes
  • Opvolgen, beantwoorden en doorsturen van inkomende e-mails.
  • Opmaken, verwerken en opvolgen van klantenbestellingen.

Voor deze functie zijn we vooral op zoek naar iemand die klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk is.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Klantgericht: je stelt de klant centraal, luistert actief en zoekt mee naar een geschikte oplossing.
  • Communicatief: je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met klanten, collega's en vertegenwoordigers, zowel persoonlijk, telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Nauwgezet: je werkt ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail. Je volgt afspraken en procedures correct op.
  • Flexibel: je staat open voor weekend werk
  • Stressbestendig: ook tijdens drukke momenten behoud je het overzicht en blijf je vriendelijk en professioneel.
  • Teamgericht: je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een goede communicatie en vlotte samenwerking binnen het team.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over goede algemene computervaardigheden.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met administratieve systemen en Office.
  • Je hebt goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen verkoop, klantenservice, onthaal of administratie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met klantencontact en administratieve verwerking is een pluspunt.
