Jouw werkzaamheden als Frontline CS DHL Express: - Klantcontact: Je beantwoordt telefoontjes en berichten van particuliere en zakelijke klanten over zendingen, levertijden en vertragingen en zorgt dat zij zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. - Dossier- en systeemwerk: Je zoekt zendingen op in verschillende systemen, controleert gegevens en legt alle acties zorgvuldig vast in het crm- en ticketingsysteem, zodat collega's altijd het volledige klantbeeld hebben. - Oplossingsgericht werken: Je analyseert meldingen, zet acties uit richting operatie of backline en volgt deze op, zodat pakketten weer in het proces komen en klanten duidelijk weten waar ze aan toe zijn. - Samenwerking en feedback: Je neemt deel aan teamoverleggen, coaching on the job en meeluistersessies, gebruikt feedback om je gesprekken te verbeteren en levert zo een bijdrage aan hoge klanttevredenheid en goede kpi-resultaten.
