Wat je gaat doen Klantenservice DHL Express Arnhem - Werkuren: Fulltime (32-40 uur per week) - Locatie: Arnhem (hybride tot januari 2027) - Uurloon: vanaf €16,60 per uur Wil je klanten telefonisch verder helpen én tegelijk bouwen aan je loopbaan binnen een internationale organisatie in Arnhem? Als klantenservicemedewerker bij DHL Express ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere en zakelijke klanten. Je werkt tijdens kantoortijden, deels vanuit huis en deels op het moderne kantoor in Arnhem. Je dag bestaat uit afwisselend klantcontact, het uitzoeken van zendingen in verschillende systemen en het schakelen met collega's van andere afdelingen. Tussen de gesprekken door volg je trainingen, neem je deel aan teamoverleggen en gebruik je feedback om je gesprekken steeds beter te maken. Zo combineer je klantgericht werken met leren en samenwerken in een hecht, internationaal team. Wat je gaat doen: - Klanten telefonisch en via berichten helpen met vragen over zendingen, levertijden en bezorgopties. - Zendingen opzoeken in verschillende systemen en alle acties nauwkeurig vastleggen in het crm- en ticketingsysteem. - Meldingen analyseren, schakelen met operatie of backline en acties opvolgen tot er een duidelijke oplossing is. - Meedoen aan teamoverleggen, trainingen en meeluistersessies om je gesprekken en resultaten stap voor stap te verbeteren. - Je werkdag plannen tussen thuiswerken en kantoor in Arnhem, waarbij je je eigen werk-privébalans goed in de gaten houdt.
