Jouw werkzaamheden Als Medewerker Klantenservice Levensverzekeringen beantwoord je telefonisch vragen van klanten over hun levensverzekering. Door initiatief te tonen en in elk gesprek de klant en diens behoefte centraal te stellen, maak jij het verschil voor de klant. Dat doe je als onderdeel van het team op de afdeling Leven Frontoffice van a.s.r., dat zich kenmerkt door data gedreven werken, een hart hebben voor de klant en werken met fijne collega's. We zijn een hecht team en hebben persoonlijke groei hoog in het vaandel staan. We zijn altijd op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden voor onze klanten en voor onszelf. Dit ga je doen Je beantwoordt klantvragen per telefoon, bijvoorbeeld over de verzekering, betalingen, wijzigingen en nieuwe aanvragen. Daarnaast ben je altijd op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden voor de klant en de afdeling. Je ontwikkelt jezelf voortdurend op inhoudelijk vlak, op het gebied van samenwerking en in je persoonlijke vaardigheden. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris tot € 3.236,00 bruto per maand o basis van 38 uur; - Een 13de maand; - Mogelijkheid om 32-40 uur te werken; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een goede pensioenregeling. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal een hbo-diploma; - Je bent 5 dagen in de week beschikbaar van 08.30 tot 17.30 uur; - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands; - Het hebben van een Wft Basis is een sterke pré; - Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen.
