Wat ga je doen? Vind je het leuk om gesprekken op niveau te voeren? En het liefste ook met mensen die veel verstand hebben van financiën en economie? Dan is deze functie als klantenservice medewerker voor het financiele dagblad in Ede wellicht iets voor jou. Je hebt veel verschillende klanten (abonnementhouders) aan de lijn. Je hebt te maken met managers van financiële bedrijven, maar ook met particulieren die een abonement hebben op dit dagblad. Als klantenservice medewerker beantwoord jij al hun vragen. Denk hierbij aan een opzegging of levering van het dagblad, facturen of verlengingen. Omdat je veel verschillende mensen aan de lijn hebt, is het belangrijk dat je goed kan inspelen op het type mens dat je aan de lijn hebt. Jij bent niet alleen de stem van het dagblad, maar helpt klanten ook via mail en chatberichten. Training Voordat je aan de slag gaat, krijg je een fulltime én betaalde training. De training start op 25 januari en is op locatie in Ede. Openingstijden - Maandag t/m vrijdag: 07.30 uur - 18.00 uur - Zaterdag: 07.30 uur - 12.00 uur Contracturen We bieden verschillende min-max contracten aan.
