Onze klanten bellen je met gerichte, specifieke vragen over hun schadeverzekeringen. Dat kan net zo goed een vraag zijn over een reisverzekering als een check-vraag over de nieuwe zonnepanelen op het huis. Die laatste zijn natuurlijk standaard meeverzekerd bij onze opstalverzekering. De klantvragen zijn lekker divers. Jij luistert graag goed naar de klant en stelt die éne vraag extra. Door jouw klantgerichte aanpak krijgt jouw klant een persoonlijk advies. Jij bent oplossingsgericht en vriendelijk. Zo weet jij hoe je een gesprek kan aanpassen aan de klant en je beweegt je makkelijk tussen alle communicatiekanalen. Inwerktraject Tijdens het inwerktraject gaan we je klaarstomen om de klant met al hun vragen te kunnen helpen. Tijdens dit traject krijg je een vaste buddy die je alles gaat uitleggen over de verzekeringen. Je luistert gesprekken mee met collega's, zodat jij weet op welke manier er vragen worden gesteld. Daarnaast krijg je voldoende ruimte om de Wft diploma's te gaan behalen en nemen we je via een online leerplatform mee in de studiestof. Mooie win-win!
