The posting

Als klantenservice medewerker bij Zorg en Zekerheid in Leiden help je mensen met al hun vragen over zorgverzekeringen. Je krijgt een gratis opleiding voor het Wft Zorg-diploma, inclusief studiemateriaal en examen.

Vanaf oktober ga je aan de slag. Het is een tijdelijke functie voor het einde jaar project van Zorg & Zekerheid. Je beantwoordt vragen over premies en legt de verschillen tussen pakketten uit. Met geduld help je klanten bij het overstappen of wijzigen van hun polis. Ook verwerk je mutaties of voeg je gezinsleden toe aan een polis.

Soms kom je voor uitdagingen te staan. Je luistert goed naar klachten en zoekt naar de beste oplossing. Hierbij blijf je altijd vriendelijk en denk je in mogelijkheden.

Je werkt tussen de 24 en 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 8:00 en 18:00 uur. Na je opleiding en inwerkperiode kun je in overleg deels thuiswerken voor een fijne balans tussen werk en privé. Het project loopt tot Januari en kan dan nog verlengd worden.

Jij vindt het fijn om mensen te helpen en bent geïnteresseerd in zorgverzekeringen. Je blijft altijd vriendelijk, ook als een gesprek wat lastiger verloopt.

Dit breng je mee:

- Je hebt ervaring als klantenservice medewerker of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Je hebt een mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel in gesprek als op papier. - Je kunt goed overweg met computers en kent MS Office.

Het is een plus als je je Wft Zorgverzekering al hebt. Heb je die nog niet? Geen probleem, je kunt deze via ons behalen.
