Start als klantenservice medewerker bij Alliander in Arnhem Adviseer zakelijke klanten over energiecontracten in Arnhem. Verdien tot € 4.500 per maand. Solliciteer meteen! Bij de organisatie in Arnhem klopt deze doelgroep aan voor opheldering over hun contracten en capaciteit. Als klantenservice medewerker pak jij deze dossiers op, doorgrond je het vraagstuk en zorg je dat de klant helderheid krijgt. Je dagelijkse werk is een afwisseling van telefonisch klantcontact en uitzoekwerk. Zo'n 30% van je tijd spreek je klanten om de situatie scherp te krijgen en advies te geven. De overige 70% van de tijd duik je in de systemen om mutaties te verwerken en dossiers af te handelen. Jouw takenpakket? - Informatie verstrekken over tariefstructuren, contractvormen en aansluitingen; - Vragen grondig ontleden om de werkelijke behoefte van de ondernemer vast te stellen; - Aanvragen en administratieve aanpassingen beoordelen en correct vastleggen; - Klanten op weg helpen bij capaciteitsproblemen en netcongestie. Dit ben jij / Wie ben jij? Je kunt snel schakelen, bent pragmatisch en hebt zin om je vast te bijten in inhoudelijke vraagstukken. Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, vraagt door en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht als dossiers wat ingewikkelder worden. Verder druk je je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk helder uit. Werktijden Je werkt tussen maandag en vrijdag tijdens reguliere kantoortijden. De functie is beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Er is de mogelijkheid om een deel van de week thuis te werken.
