Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leden en potentiële klanten. Je werkt tussen de 24 en 40 uur per week en krijgt een betaalde training en persoonlijke begeleiding, waardoor je ook zonder ervaring in klantcontact kunt starten. Wat maakt deze baan aantrekkelijk? Je helpt mensen echt verder, werkt in een enthousiast team en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw dag is afwisselend. Je beantwoordt vragen over producten en diensten van de ANWB, luistert goed, vraagt door en geeft heldere uitleg. Je vertaalt complexe informatie naar een duidelijk antwoord, zodat elke klant met een goed gevoel ophangt. Je werkt vooral telefonisch, maar na verloop van tijd kun je ook via e-mail en chat klanten helpen.
