Sta jij te springen om een waardevolle klantbelevingen te verzorgen? Kom dan werken bij Cygnific! Jouw rol bij KLM: Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij de oren en stem van KLM. Je helpt reizigers telefonisch met hun vragen over beschadigde, vertraagde of verloren bagage op Schiphol Airport, maar ook eventuele internationale luchthavens. Daarnaast neem jij proactief contact op met passagiers over eventuele vervolgstappen en werkt hen dossiers bij. Voor elk probleem vind jij snel een passende oplossing, waar mogelijk zet je net dat extra stapje om de verwachting van passagiers te overtreffen. Jouw onboarding Om je goed voor te bereiden op je nieuwe baan start je met een betaalde training. Je zal beginnen met werkzaamheden voor onze Bagage product en krijgt hiervoor een korte training. Tijdens de training van 13 dagen leer je alles over onze CRM (customer relationship management)-systemen, maar maak je ook kennis met onderwerpen zoals artificial intelligence. Tijdens deze trainingsperiode moet je fulltime beschikbaar zijn. Na de training kun je besluiten of je 32, 36 of 40 uur wilt werken.
