Wat ga je doen? - Klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, chat en e-mail - Klanten adviseren en problemen oplossen - Relaties met klanten warm houden - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de service Bij BOL werk je in een gezellig en enthousiast team dat altijd voor elkaar en de klant klaarstaat. Je verdient €15,28 bruto per uur én krijgt een fulltime betaalde training van twee weken om je helemaal klaar te stomen voor de job. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau - Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en communicatief sterk - Je kent (of leert snel) onze producten en diensten, zodat je klanten altijd goed kunt helpen En het wordt nóg beter… Met flexibele werktijden kun je je werkdagen helemaal afstemmen op jouw agenda. Je start op 9 november met een betaalde training van vijf werkdagen in Rotterdam (09:00 - 17:00 uur op kantoor). Na deze training ben jij dé expert waar klanten op kunnen rekenen.
