Als Klantenservice medewerker bij VodafoneZiggo in Groningen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een geweldige klantervaring. Met jouw enthousiasme en luisterend oor beantwoord je vragen over internet, tv en mobiele abonnementen. Ook bij uitdagende situaties blijf je professioneel en vriendelijk. Je start met een uitgebreide, betaalde training van 9 weken op de locatie in Groningen om alle systemen en diensten goed te leren kennen. Zodra je ingewerkt bent, kun je 2 tot 3 dagen per week comfortabel vanuit huis werken. Wat wij bieden - Een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris van € 3239,- op basis van 40 uur per week (inclusief 14,95% benefit budget). - Direct een contract bij de werkgever. - Mogelijkheid om 2 à 3 dagen per week thuis te werken met een bijbehorende internetvergoeding. - Telefoonbudget (€ 425,-) inclusief een abonnement dat je ook privé mag gebruiken. - NS-Business Card (keuze uit onder meer 1e klas onbeperkt reizen, ook voor privégebruik). - Onbeperkte opleidingsmogelijkheden via het 'Unlimited Learning'-platform. - Duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden in functie en salaris.
