Als parttime klantenservice medewerker in Den Bosch maak je deel uit van een organisatie waar samenwerking en werkplezier belangrijk zijn. Je werkt in een ondernemend team waarin eigen initiatief en zelfstandigheid worden gewaardeerd. Binnen deze functie krijg je de vrijheid om je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zelfstandig te organiseren. In deze functie heb je veel contact met klanten, kandidaten en collega's. Je verwerkt aanvragen van verschillende interne en externe partijen en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel en zorgvuldig worden opgepakt. Ook schakel je met verschillende afdelingen, zoals Customer Support, Finance en teamleiders. Daarnaast zet je trajecten uit en zoek je naar de juiste match. Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve afhandeling van externe partijen en beantwoordt vragen over facturen. Ook controleer je facturen en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste informatie bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt. Wie ben jij? Het helpen van mensen en het bieden van oplossingen vind je leuk. Je bent klantgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt goed overzicht wanneer je met verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk bezig bent. Je hebt een kritische blik en merkt het snel wanneer iets niet klopt of beter kan. Daarnaast ben je digitaal vaardig en sta je open voor nieuwe systemen, automatisering en AI-toepassingen.
