De rol Als Klantenservice medewerker werk je via KCD voor één van de sterke labels waar wij mee samenwerken; voor deze functie is dat Centraal Beheer . Als Klantenservice Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten van Centraal Beheer . Je helpt klanten telefonisch met vragen over hun schadeverzekeringen en zorgt ervoor dat zij met een duidelijk en goed gevoel het gesprek afsluiten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je behandelt uiteenlopende inbound klantvragen over schadeverzekeringen; - Je adviseert klanten over verschillende verzekeringen, zoals woon-, reis-, inboedel-, rechtsbijstand- en autoverzekeringen ; - Je brengt de situatie en behoefte van de klant goed in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een passende oplossing; - Je legt verzekeringsproducten en voorwaarden op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uit; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en zet jouw cross- en upsellvaardigheden in wanneer dit relevant is voor de klant; - Je combineert commerciële kansen altijd met een sterke focus op klantbelang en service ; - Je werkt samen met collega's om kennis en ervaringen te delen en de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren; - Je bespreekt jouw ontwikkeling en resultaten regelmatig tijdens ontwikkelgesprekken .
