Als Klantenservice Medewerker help je klanten bij het kiezen van een circulaire e-bike in Amsterdam-Noord. Wat ga je doen? Ben jij klantgericht, sociaal en vind je het leuk om verschillende werkzaamheden af te wisselen? In deze parttime functie combineer je persoonlijk contact met klanten met werkzaamheden achter de schermen. In de showroom ontvang je klanten en zorg je ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen. Je luistert naar hun wensen, geeft advies over de e-bikes en helpt hen bij het vinden van een model dat bij hen past. Ook begeleid je testritten en beantwoord je vragen over de fietsen. Naast het contact in de showroom help je mee met de klantenservice. Je beantwoordt vragen via e-mail en telefoon, houdt de mailbox bij en voert administratieve taken uit. Jouw werk als Klantenservice Medewerker Als Klantenservice Medewerker houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Ontvangen en te woord staan van klanten in de showroom; - Adviseren over de verschillende e-bikes; - Klanten helpen bij het maken van een passende keuze; - Begeleiden van testritten; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten; - Ondersteunen van de klantenservice via e-mail en telefoon; - Verwerken en bijhouden van klantvragen en de mailbox; - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en vindt het leuk om zowel op de showroomvloer als achter de schermen actief te zijn. Je werkt zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief en ziet snel waar je ondersteuning kunt bieden. Heb je daarnaast interesse in fietsen en duurzaamheid? Dat is een mooie extra.
