Of een consument nu wil weten hoe het vernieuwde spaarprogramma via partner Bruna werkt, of feedback heeft over de smaak van een nieuw product: jij helpt hen met een glimlach verder. Om de systemen en processen snel onder de knie te krijgen, start je met een inwerktraject door jouw ervaren collega's uit het team.
