Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Wat ga je doen? Voor diverse opdrachtgevers in regio Breda zijn wij op zoek naar klantenservice medewerkers. Als eerste aanspreekpunt sta jij klanten te woord via telefoon, e-mail en chat. De werkzaamheden en onderwerpen verschillen per opdrachtgever: van het verlenen van logistieke service en pakketinformatie, tot het adviseren over servicevragen en het voeren van intakes. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat klanten vriendelijk en deskundig te woord staan via telefoon, chat of mail. Vragen en problemen van klanten ga je inventariseren, registreren en correct afhandelen. Hierbij denk je mee met de klant om passende oplossingen te bieden en zorg je voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking van elk klantcontact in het systeem. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 16,11 tot € 18,20 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van de opdrachtgever en jouw ervaring - Een afwisselende functie met de mogelijkheid om gekoppeld te worden aan een opdrachtgever die echt bij jouw voorkeur en ervaring past. - Reiskostenvergoeding en/of thuiswerkmogelijkheden (afhankelijk van de specifieke functie/opdracht). - Goede inwerk- en trainingstrajecten. - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Communicatief vaardig, empathisch en klantgericht ingesteld. - Digitaal vaardig: je maakt je nieuwe computersystemen snel eigen. - Flexibel inzetbaar (Fulltime of Parttime, afhankelijk van de exacte opdracht).
