Als Parttime Klantenservice Medewerker ben jij het gezicht én het organisatorische hart van onze HealthTech scale-up. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke patiënt zich gehoord voelt en een vlekkeloos zorgtraject doorloopt. Achter de schermen houd jij strak het overzicht, neem je vol overgave de regie en zorg je dat de operatie op rolletjes loopt. Maar je doet meer dan dat: met jouw frisse blik daag je ons dagelijks uit om onze processen nóg slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder in te richten. - Patiëntbegeleiding: Jij bent het warme, professionele aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en gidst hen van A tot Z door hun traject. - Operationele spil: Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse planning, afspraken en een vlekkeloze afstemming tussen patiënten, zorgprofessionals en interne teams. - Procesverbetering: Zie je een knelpunt of een kans om slimmer te werken? Jij pakt het initiatief en denkt actief mee over het opschalen van onze organisatie. Werktijden Je bent beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 09:00 en 18:00 uur (exacte dagen en uren in overleg).
