Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlekkeloos verlopen, van invoer tot levering en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten wereldwijd. Wat wij zoeken Bereidheid om douane- en exportprocessen te leren; eerdere ervaring hiermee is een pré; Een MBO- of HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of commerciële richting. Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Frans of Duits is een plus); Wat jij gaat doen Beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en andere kanalen; Beheert het volledige orderproces van A tot Z (van ERP-invoer tot levering). Verwerkt en coördineert binnenkomende orders nauwkeurig en op tijd; Ons team Bij Uitzendbureau JIM maken we graag persoonlijk kennis met jou en helpen wij jou aan een vaste baan!
