Voor onze opdrachtgever in Amsterdam zoeken wij een klantenservice medewerker die graag meedenkt, snel schakelt en zorgt voor een persoonlijke service. Vanuit het eigen atelier in Amsterdam worden sieraden ontworpen en gemaakt die verbonden zijn aan bijzondere momenten en persoonlijke verhalen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan sieraden met initialen, een speciale datum of een vingerafdruk. Binnen de organisatie staan creativiteit, vakmanschap en persoonlijke aandacht centraal. Je komt terecht in een gemotiveerd team met een informele werksfeer. Omdat de klantbeleving een belangrijk onderdeel is van het merk, speelt de klantenservice een centrale rol binnen de organisatie. Over de functie van Klantenservice medewerker Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor bestaande en potentiële klanten. Je helpt klanten met allerlei vragen: van advies over een bestelling en vragen over een persoonlijk sieraad tot het oplossen van een klacht. Wat de vraag ook is, jij denkt mee en zorgt voor een passende oplossing.
