Als Klantenservice medewerker bij DPG Media in Best (Eindhoven) ben jij de onmisbare schakel die niet alleen problemen oplost, maar abonnees ook verrast met advies waar ze écht iets aan hebben. Je combineert oprechte service met een flinke dosis energie en zorgt ervoor dat elk contactmoment eindigt met een tevreden klant en een resultaat waar je trots op kunt zijn. Wat je gaat doen - Luister aandachtig naar de vragen van abonnees en denk mee over de beste oplossing; - Help klanten met vragen over bezorging, producten of adreswijzigingen; - Overtuig klanten met jouw enthousiasme van de extra mogelijkheden die DPG Media biedt; - Zet weerstand om in een kans en zorg voor een tevreden abonnee.
