In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat reizigers én opdrachtgevers iedere dag soepel van A naar B komen. Jij bent hun steunpilaar! Wat je gaat doen Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het hart van het groepsvervoer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat reizigers, ouders, zorginstellingen, gemeenten en vervoerders altijd precies weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer puzzel je aan route-optimalisaties, de andere keer los je een last-minute wijziging op of denk je mee over hoe het vervoer nóg efficiënter kan. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt supersnel en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen de juiste informatie krijgen. Jouw doel? Rust, structuur en duidelijkheid creëren in een omgeving die altijd in beweging is. Werkzaamheden: - Brengt klantwensen in kaart en denkt actief mee in oplossingen; - Optimaliseert routes en verwerkt vervoerswijzigingen; - Onderhoudt contact met interne en externe partners; - Signaleert verbeterpunten en ziet commerciële kansen; - Zorgt voor structuur, duidelijke communicatie en een soepel proces.
