Klantenservice Medewerker - Best - 32 - 40 uur per week - MBO 3/4 - €2600 - €3000 per maand - Klantenservice Als klantenservice-expert ben jij de verkeersleider voor vragen over leermiddelen, bestellingen en software . Jij zorgt dat iedereen veilig de weg op kan! Wat je gaat doen Het bedrijf waar je gaat werken maakt leermiddelen voor bijna alle rijbewijzen, grote kans dat jij zelf je theorie hebt geleerd met hun boeken of software. In deze rol als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven, rijscholen of mensen die hun rijbewijs willen halen. Klanten kunnen je bellen of mailen met allerlei vragen. Dat kan gaan over een bestelling, een probleem met software of gewoon advies. Jij helpt de persoon zo goed mogelijk. Als iemand beter geholpen kan worden door een andere afdeling, stuur je diegene netjes door. Alles wat je doet, verwerk je in het systeem. Zo blijft alles overzichtelijk en zorg je voor een goede ervaring voor de klant. Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die 32-40 uur beschikbaar is. Je werkt hier 3/4 dagen per week van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur, en één dag per week werk je tot 14:00 uur (deze dag wordt samen met jou bepaald). Het is een uitdagende klantenservice rol waarin een stukje pro activiteit, inlevingsvermogen en nauwkeurigheid verwacht wordt. Relevante ervaring binnen een klantgerichte rol is dus heel erg mooi mee genomen! Wat jij krijgt Als Klantenservice Medewerker krijg je het volgende: - Een passend salaris vanaf €2600 per maand; - Elke dag een verse lunch op kantoor; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per km vanaf de eerste kilometer; - Grote kans om jouw skills te ontwikkelen of uit te breiden; - 26 vakantiedagen om te relaxen aan het strand, de bergen of in de sneeuw.
