Klantenservice medewerker Leusden - Inspire - Amersfoort Inspire Jobid=5377_5237757(0.098) Ken je dat gevoel als je iemand echt goed hebt geholpen? Dat is wat jij elke dag doet als Klantenservice medewerker voor GAMMA en Karwei. Je werkt inhouse bij Intergamma in Leusden. Niet in een anoniem callcenter, maar zij-aan-zij met de eigen medewerkers van Intergamma zelf. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, en later ook via e-mail, chat of andere kanalen. Herken jij je in onderstaand profiel? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Je start 's ochtends op kantoor in Leusden. Een klant belt over een bestelling die vastloopt; jij zoekt snel uit wat er aan de hand is en helpt hem verder. Later die dag behandel je een vraag over een product en denk je mee over een slimmer proces. Geen dag is hetzelfde - en dat maakt dit werk afwisselend. Werktijden - Maandag t/m vrijdag: 08:00 - 19:00 - Zaterdag: 09:00 - 18:00 (thuiswerken) - Avonden en weekenden worden pas ingepland ná de eerste vier weken - Je rooster wordt altijd vooraf bekendgemaakt - zo houd je werk en privé in balans Training en inwerken Voordat je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, volg je twee weken fulltime training op kantoor in Leusden (maandag t/m vrijdag, 09:00 - 16:30). Deze training is verplicht en kan niet op afstand worden gevolgd. Zorg dat je hiervoor beschikbaar bent. Na de training volgt een nestingsperiode op kantoor (09:00 - 17:00) voordat je volledig zelfstandig werkt. Je wordt volledig betaald opgeleid. Geen ervaring? Geen probleem. Wij zorgen dat je goed voorbereid aan de slag gaat. Wat bieden wij? - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Vanad Interactions en Intergamma. - Salaris: je start in principe op niveau 1 (€15,28/uur | ca. €2.646 p/m bij 40 uur).
