Wie ben jij Voor de functie van klantenservice medewerker zoeken we een proactieve duizendpoot die energie krijgt van menselijk contact. Jij bent pas tevreden als de klant dat ook is en je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende digitale systemen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent stressbestendig. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om constant nieuwe informatie uit de kennisbank tot je te nemen.

- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding. ✅ - Je hebt ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact. 📞 - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Duits en Engels. 🌍

Wat ga je doen Als klantenservice medewerker ben je de spil in het web en het allereerste aanspreekpunt. Je dag begint om half negen met een dagstart met je team. Daarna gaan de telefoonlijnen open! De vragen die je binnenkrijgt zijn enorm divers. De ene beller wil een afspraak maken voor een paspoort. Terwijl de volgende via de chat vraagt om een traplift of het snoeien van groen in de wijk. Jij zet je professionele gesprekstechnieken in om precies te achterhalen wat de klant nodig heeft. Je gebruikt de kennisbank om direct antwoord te geven, of je verbindt door naar de juiste specialist. Omdat je alles nauwkeurig registreert, help je de organisatie om elke dag een stukje beter en klantgerichter te worden!
