In deze rol ben je véél meer dan een standaard helpdesk: jij bent de strategische sparringpartner voor restaurantpartners en schakelt moeiteloos met internationale topmanagers. Je leert in sneltreinvaart de kneepjes van dit dynamische vak en zorgt ervoor dat partners vlot, succesvol én met een glimlach hun business kunnen runnen. ✨

Wie ben jij Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij de rots in de branding voor je team en onze partners. Geen vaste processen? Geen probleem, jij floreert juist in een veranderende omgeving en switcht moeiteloos tussen prioriteiten. Is het een keertje rustig? Dan zit je niet stil, maar bedenk je proactief plannen om het werk te verbeteren. Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, bezit een flinke dosis empathie en vindt het heerlijk om urenlang bezig te zijn met het verbeteren van het systeem.

Wat ga je doen Als Klantenservice Medewerker coacht jij agenten, je bewaakt de kwaliteit en springt zelf bij waar nodig. Soms zit je wel 6 uur per dag aan de telefoon met restaurantpartners om hen te ondersteunen en relaties te versterken. Je schakelt constant met internationale topmanagers in het Engels en stuurt bij waar de prioriteiten van de dag veranderen. Samen met je team run je de show!
