Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zorgverleners en andere betrokken partijen. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen voor medische hulpmiddelen zorgvuldig en efficiënt worden verwerkt en begeleidt klanten tijdens het gehele proces. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden krijgen klanten de ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Iedere ochtend worden de werkzaamheden verdeeld, waardoor je dagelijks een afwisselend takenpakket hebt. Je schakelt tussen klantcontact, administratie en het beoordelen van aanvragen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en zorgprofessionals. - Klanten begeleiden bij het aanvragen, verlengen of aanpassen van medische hulpmiddelen. - Verwerken en vastleggen van klantcontacten en aanvragen in onze systemen. - Controleren en beoordelen van aanvragen volgens de afspraken met zorgverzekeraars. - Opstellen van herindicaties voor verlengingen of wijzigingen van hulpmiddelen. - Samenwerken met collega's en externe partijen om een optimale dienstverlening te bieden. Of je nu ervaring hebt in de zorg, klantcontact of administratie: jouw vermogen om overzicht te houden, zorgvuldig te werken en mensen goed te helpen maakt het verschil.
