Bij Topgeschenken zijn we op zoek naar een klantvriendelijke topper die onze klanten helpt met hun vragen én problemen. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten voornamelijk schriftelijk helpen via chat en e-mail - Het opnemen van de telefoon kan ook zeker een onderdeel zijn van jouw dag - Problemen oplossen en zorgen voor de beste ervaring voor onze klanten - Altijd vriendelijk en persoonlijk blijven, zodat klanten zich gehoord voelen - Je werkt samen met een team van enthousiaste collega's Wat vragen we van jou? - Je kunt kletsen en typen tegelijk - Je bent gedreven om alle klanten een goed gevoel te bezorgen - Je wil tussen de 16 en 40 uur per week werken - De werktijden liggen tussen de 08:30 en 17:00 uur - 1 keer in de maand op zaterdag werken is een vereiste. Mocht je vaker willen of elke week, mag dat natuurlijk ook. - Je houdt van oplossen en houdt je hoofd koel in alle drukte - Ervaring mag, maar als je motivatie top is, leren wij je de rest!
