Shoppartners Werken bij Shoppartners Snel solliciteren? Word jij onze nieuwe klantenservicemedewerker? Bij Shoppartners draait alles om groei. Wat 25 jaar geleden begon met een klein team en een grote droom, is uitgegroeid tot een bruisend e-commercebedrijf met maar liefst 50 webwinkels en bijna 150 collega s. Dit jaar vieren we ons jubileum, en dat doen we niet alleen met taart, maar ook door verder te bouwen aan een team dat van aanpakken weet. Elke dag vertrekken er duizenden pakketten vanuit ons magazijn richting klanten in Nederland, België en de rest van Europa. Met een assortiment van meer dan 110.000 artikelen, van woonaccessoires tot speelgoed en feestartikelen, is er altijd iets te doen. En dat betekent ook: altijd klanten die we willen helpen, geruststellen of net dat beetje extra service willen bieden. Daarom zoeken we jou. Jij op onze klantenservice: Als klantenservicemedewerker ben jij de stem, het gezicht en het gevoel achter Shoppartners. Jij bent degene die onze klanten te woord staat als ze een vraag hebben over hun bestelling, een product of iets anders. Soms via de telefoon, soms per mail, soms in een chatbericht. En ja, niet elke klant is blij als hij belt. Misschien is er iets misgegaan, of was iets onduidelijk. Maar dat is waar jij het verschil maakt: jij weet hoe je mensen écht helpt. Je luistert, denkt mee en lost op. Of het nu gaat om een retour, een ontbrekend artikel of gewoon iemand die even wil checken of een product geschikt is, jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Je doet dat samen met een klein, hecht team van vijf collega s, die net als jij houden van duidelijke communicatie, een goede sfeer en snel schakelen.
