NLwerkt Klantenservice Medewerker Job Location Zwolle , Netherlands Job Description Als customer support specialist bij Zonneplan ben je veel meer dan een stem aan de telefoon. Je bouwt echte relaties op met klanten en helpt hen maximaal profiteren van al onze slimme energie-oplossingen: zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen, laadpalen en dynamische energiecontracten. We zoeken iemand voor 32-40 uur per week met een salaris tussen €2.850 en €3.200 per maand. Jouw impact bij Zonneplan Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Via telefoon, mail en chat help je mensen snel en volledig verder met vragen over zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen, laadpalen en energiecontracten. Je neemt eigenaarschap en zorgt dat elke klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Jij signaleert waar het beter kan. Door klantcontact herken je patronen en knelpunten, zoals terugkerende vragen over laadpalen of batterijbeheer. Die signalen deel je proactief met je team, zodat producten en processen echt aansluiten bij wat klanten nodig hebben. Jij draagt bij aan innovatie. Door je input wordt de kennisbank van chatbot Kiki steeds slimmer en uitgebreider. Jouw kennis helpt duizenden klanten per maand verder, ook als jij niet aan de lijn zit. Jij blijft jezelf ontwikkelen. Je leert van ervaren collega's, volgt trainingen over nieuwe producten zoals thuisbatterijen en bouwt je kennis uit. Zo los je steeds meer vragen zelfstandig op en groei je in je rol. Dit neem jij mee Je hebt minimaal MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte rol. Je communiceert helder en vriendelijk, zowel aan de telefoon als schriftelijk, ook bij technische onderwerpen. Je werkt gestructureerd, volgt processen en snapt waarom accurate registratie belangrijk is voor het hele team.
