Klantenservice medewerker in Den Bosch - Den Bosch - 32 - 40 uur per week - MBO 3/4 - €15 - €16 per uur - Klantenservice Met jouw klantvriendelijkheid en servicegerichte instelling zorg je voor een fijne klantervaring bij een groeiend e-commercebedrijf! Wat je gaat doen Jij helpt klanten graag verder en krijgt energie van goed contact. Als klantenservice medewerker bij een snelgroeiend e-commercebedrijf in de slaapbranche zorg jij ervoor dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden via de telefoon en mail. Van productadvies en vragen over bestellingen tot het oplossen van klachten: geen dag is hetzelfde. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team binnen een jonge, groeiende organisatie. Je kunt op korte termijn starten en werkt in eerste instantie tot half/eind januari. Bevalt het van beide kanten goed? Dan is langer blijven bespreekbaar. De telefoonlijn is geopend van 10:00 tot 16:00 uur. Je kunt zelf flexibel starten tussen 07:30 en 09:00 uur. Ideaal dus als je graag vroeg begint óf liever iets langer blijft liggen. Werkzaamheden: - Klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord staan; - Klanten adviseren over producten; - Vragen over bestellingen en leveringen beantwoorden; - Klachten netjes en klantgericht afhandelen. Wat jij krijgt - Je kunt per direct starten; - Flexibele starttijd tussen 07:30 en 09:00 uur; - Een klein en hecht team; - Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen; - Een salaris van €15,- tot €16,- bruto per uur. Wat wij verwachten - Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail; - Je bent per direct beschikbaar tot in ieder geval eind januari; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
